Lombardy's regional council allocated 2.4 million euros for 34 development projects of the local archaeological heritage, like the Duomo cathedral and the Sant'Eustorgio basilica in Milano. 24 interventions are promoted by public bodies. The latter will set aside 1.7 million euros, while 650,000 euros are assigned for the 10 interventions financed by private companies.

"In this way, we confirm our commitment to invest increasingly high figures in cultural initiatives."
Milano's Municipal Numismatic and Archaeological Collections will be given 160,000 euros for the works in the archaeological complex of the Monastero Maggiore and the development of the archaeological area.
